Up, Up, Up and Away!

So another eventful week has been had.

A trip to the osteopath on Thursday am helped me get back into shape after spraining a rib in my sleep the previous weekend. Yes it sounds strange and yes I somehow managed it. The good thing is that after enough trips to the Osteopath I have got to understand when my back becomes a problem and the technical terms to describe each twinge or ache … strangely my back seems to put itself out every three months or so.

The downside to going to the osteopath is in fact the following day. It seems that releasing all the tension and stress overloads the senses somewhat. This results in a very sore and irritated Rob… although good.

Apart from that I have been busy working hard… did a 9hr stint at work today; It was spent just watching the steel and scaffold being erected on the roof. I’ll update my work blog soon with some shots. It was a magnificent sunrise followed by a fantastic sunny day.

The view was amazing from the top – so getting up at 5am on a Saturday does have the occasional benefit.
