It’s looking good!

I’ll start by saying it is a lovely sunny day outside – certainly shorts and tshirt weather in the sun. It is middle of winter here in the Mount (Maunaganui). A lot warmer than Christchurch and absolutely incomparable to a dark, damp dull UK winter. There is so much more light here.

I digress! In reality I don’t look too bad [if I do say so myself]. I am currently doing pretty well in the fitness stakes. I have lost almost 4Kg in the last four weeks. My chest has dropped by 4cm and my waist by 10cm (4 inches!). What a difference it all makes. I can see parts of my body that I could only previously see in the mirror (joking!) I feel fitter and healthier. My posture is pretty good and I have even started drinking water! All in all I feel pretty darn good. It is certainly noticeable and the other day I even had to start using a hole in my belt that I don’t think I have ever used. Having a personal trainer is certainly better than any reactive treatments from physios or chiropractors. They tell you the little bits you don’t know or are able to read about.

I can’t wait for the summer to come, as the beach is calling! Mr Hasslehoff move aside!! )
