Well it’s 6.30am and as usual i’m unable to sleep [a perfect opportunity to write].
Yesterday was an interesting day. Had my medical and drug test, followed by pretty much nothing, lots of reading and sitting around. We did manage to go and see one of two jobs that they have running at present. Styx bridge – in real terms is a small road bridge, nobody appeared to be working hard and the pace seemed generally slow. [not a bad thing I guess] i’m looking forward to getting fit and mentally relaxed again.
The only other surprising thing was that all the on site guys were either english, SAF’s or like one chap from the pacific islands.
Anyhow I am looking forward
to passing the drug test
getting my car on weds.
This will allow me to start doing the things I need to do.
